Anise hyssop relative, Native to Korea. Boasts lovely foliage, and upright, flowering racemes in purple from July to September; a wonderful cut flower. Like many other mints, Korean Mint helps soothe the digestive system and relax the body. In its native country, it is used to flavor pancakes and other dishes, as well as being used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for its antibacterial, antifungal, and warming properties. Prefers moist, rich soil in full sun to part shade, where it will grow up to 3’ tall. Perennial in zones 7-10.
